Around here, Karen is the enforcer, the organizer, the problem-solver, and a vital part of what keeps our team running smooth every single day.

The Heart Behind the Hustle

Karen joined Southern Chill as our office manager during a time of major growth. We needed someone who could bring structure, efficiency, and a little bit of "mom-energy" to our chaotic office — and she delivered in ways we didn’t even know we needed.

From her first day, she has been a steady hand, bringing order, professionalism, and plenty of heart to our daily operations.

She’s the one who keeps the team on track, customers taken care of, and the wheels turning even when things get crazy (and in HVAC, they always do!).

Beyond the Office: Who Karen Is

When she’s not answering your calls or managing a dozen things at once, Karen wears plenty of other hats too:

• She's married to Wally and is the proud mom of four grown boys — all out of the house now but never too far from her heart.

• She loves spending time with her grandkids, watching TV, and working on remodeling projects around her home.

• Karen is a proud pet owner, a dedicated gardener, and a DIY enthusiast who can figure out how to fix almost anything.

(Seriously — if it’s broken, she’s already halfway through fixing it before you even realize there’s a problem!)

Karen didn’t just help organize our operations — she helped remodel our office too!
